A really good friend of mine had a massive heart attack on weekend.

I have been really down about this, so decided to use my camera to express my feelings. I was going to call this shot "Despair" but decided to be positive instead.

This is a shot of my ugly mug and my wacked out hair!

I am sorry about your friend and hope he or she is alright.
As far as the photo goes. I think that you have done a wonderful job on it.
The focus of the picture is very good and helps in enhancing the intensity of your expression which in turn has allowed more emotion to be conveyed. I also like the simplicity of it which, to me, gives it a sense of normallacy that makes it easier to relate to.
All in all you have done a wonderful job!!
